Over the course of this 12 session coaching programme we analyse your specific situation to help you see your life in a different way and create a solution tailor made for you allowing you to be more in control with less stress. We start from the way you currently handle things, consider what you have tried in the past, and - based on your personality and preferences - work out together how things can be improved. Both psychological and practical strategies are used to put you back in control. Often surprisingly simple measures can have dramatic results - see Jane's story. But changing the habits of a lifetime can be hard work and needs persistence and an open mind to be fully effective. Some situations - for instance where there is sickness or an unexpected disaster - are genuinely less within our control, but even in these circumstances people often feel they benefit from the greater self-understanding and awareness of options that the programme gives. This course has been specifically designed to make lasting changes and improve the quality of your life - the rest is up to you! The 12 sessions can be spread over 4 months (or longer if desired) so you can absorb the process at your own pace and have adequate time to reflect on what you discover about yourself while experimenting with new strategies.
